Staff turnover is a big concern. Also, there seems to be a hypersensitivity to "sick" kids. Our daughter has been sent home because she was simply too needy one day. She's been sent home on multiple occasions with a runny nose aswell. At time it seems they are more concerned with getting the kids out of there than actually looking after them.
